Corinne Fuchs

I'm a PhD student in the Burkepile community ecology lab at the University of California, Santa Barbara. I'm also a SCUBA diver, artist, and photographer. But mostly, I'm just curious.

 

What I'm most curious about is marine ecology. I am especially interested in how the many things humans do interact to affect coral reefs and the organisms that inhabit them. My current research invstigates how overfishing, sedimentation, and nutrient enrichment, 3 human stressors that often co-occur, can interact to alter coal reef health.
